This ticketing company has disrupted the industry with an innovative platform that not only resolves the inefficiencies of the ticketing process but also makes a real difference in the world, having donated over $2.5 million through their booking fees.

Challenge

The company needed assistance with going after a list of 26,000 named users from one of their main Australian competitors. They also wanted help with targeting the users of their US competitor. The Whistle team needed to move quickly in order to generate a large quantity of opportunities for this ticketing platform.

The plan was to initially target their Australian market, and if the results were good they wanted to shift their attention to the US in order to provide opportunities for their 8-man US sales team. It was essential to do thorough research and ensure that the correct message was being conveyed.

Solutions

Within 10 days of signing the contract, Whistle set up the client’s CRM and deployed 8 FTE Appointment Setters to target their Australian competitor’s client list. The Whistle sales team booked hundreds of meetings within the first month and created a pipeline of over $1 million.

One month after launch, the Australian seats were reduced to 6 FTE in order to sign on for an additional 8 FTE Appointment Setters to target their US competitor’s client list. This additional sales team was placed, trained and deployed within 10 days. This team of 14 FTE Appointment Setters were successfully able to prospect and book qualified meetings for the company’s AEs.
